What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a fast-growing, easy to learn, effective self-help tool.

It uses the fingertips to tap on energy points on the head and hands, releasing blockages in your energy system - a kind of emotional acupuncture, but without the needles.

The tapping releases blockages in the energy system, which are linked to unpleasant emotions and dis-ease within the body.

EFT has proven effective in thousands of cases. It often works where nothing else will and is rapid, long lasting, gentle and painless.

You will quickly learn how to “tap” on yourself, which gives you an invaluable tool which you can use in many different circumstances.
